Do tickets include AACTLA membership?
All tickets, except the $145 attorney “ticket only” option, includes 2025–2026 membership.

What is included with my ticket?
A plated dinner and program, including keynote address by Shilpi Agarwal and presentation of the Jeff Adachi Award and Scholarship & Criminal Justice Advocacy Award.

Are there discounted tickets for students?
Yes. Law students can attend for $35 (current members) or $75 (non-members, includes membership).

What about social workers and community allies?
We offer a special $110 ticket for social workers, post-bar grads, and non-attorney allies.

What is the dress code?
Cocktail / semi-formal attire (suits, cocktail dresses, or equivalent evening wear).

Can I buy a full table?
Yes. A reserved table of 8 is $1,040 ($130 per person).

How do I indicate my meal preference?
At checkout, you’ll choose Meat or Vegetarian. Vegan and food allergy needs can be listed under “Special Dietary Requirements.”

What if I have dietary restrictions or allergies?
Please note them in the “Special Dietary Requirements” section during checkout. If you forgot to list a dietary restriction or food allergy, please e-mail aactlabayarea@gmail.com so we can try to accommodate.

What if cost is a barrier?
Please email aactlabayarea@gmail.com for hardship requests if you believe the cost of the ticket presents a financial barrier to attending.

What awards will be presented?
The Jeff Adachi Award & Scholarship is a law student scholarship and the Criminal Justice Advocacy Award is awarded to a community organization serving the AAPI community in the criminal justice system.

Who is the keynote speaker?
Shilpi Agarwal, Legal Director of the ACLU of Northern California.
